Does Apple do all of the marketing in house, or do they use any outside firms?

    Who makes their tv commercials, print adds, graphic design, webpage?

    TBWA\\Chiat\\Day does the ads but PR is done in house. Phill Schiller i'd guess is in charge of that office.
