Apple mail inserting "ATT12313.htm" attachments into sent email?

Has anyone ever had Apple Mail (I have 10.6.3) attach stupid "ATT12421.htm" files to their outgoing messages? It actually in the last two messages now has truncated my body text, and put the second half into an attachment. It started randomly yesterday. I'm using my school's email system which uses an Outlook server (Outlook.com). Bizarre. Anyone else seen this?
