3 Strikes Law...Sriking Out???

I for one think at least California's version should be overturned. The goal should be to get Violent Criminals off the streets. Even if someone stole from my own home I would not want them to spend 25 years in prison. That is way too harsh. I'm glad that this is up for review. It IS unconsititional IMO.
