As long as you have a computer that you have control over and can install what software you wish, there will be someone to provide a ability to copy anything you see on the screen.
Apple provides many ways to save web pages, under the File menu>Save As.., under the Print>PDF>save, command shift 3 or 4 to take snap shots of the screen, OCR software, etc.
