Has additional RAM caused longer backups?
I have the latest 27" iMac. Using SuperDuper, the backup time has been consistent since February when I got the computer A few days ago, I added 4GB of RAM. Since then, SuperDuper takes 50% longer to backup the HDD (using USB 2).
Is this a coincidence? Could adding RAM change backup time? No, I haven't added huge amounts of data on the HDD.
If it wasn't the added RAM that caused this, does anyone have a suggestion as to what could cause it?
And no, Mr. Me, if AI has discussed this before, I didn't learn about it through osmosis, as you have previously suggested. My osmosis system only works if I have actually READ the information. I am bringing this up because our last discussion had to do with RAM which is when you said my osmosis should work through glass.
