    From the article.

No group has yet claimed responsibility for Wednesday's bombing.

    Lets not jump to conclusions.

According to M. BASQUIER head redactor of the Mag Intelligence on line Al Quaeda is certainly the author of this. Many people from Al Quaeda where oblige to leave Afghanistan and many of them are in Pakistan now. There was a contract between France and Pakistan for the release of three milatary submarine. The ten french people wounded where naval expert of the DCN (direction chantiers navaux). So it was a major target for Al Quaeda. M Basquier said that the pakistani intelligence was too confident on the safety of this people and have not take enough security warrantie. In particular these people have to change of hotel everyday and to travel separately : unfortunately it was not the case.
