Did he make the Hall of Fame yet or what? Should he?

From an athletic standpoint, no doubt J. Jackson should be a HOF'er. I personally don't think he had anything to do w/ the Black Sox scandal (look at his stats on Baseball-reference.com (he hit .375 and hit the only homerun in the series). He was also found not guilty in court, but Landis banned him.

THE ONLY reason that I think he shouldn't be let in is it would set a precedent for reinstatement and that would crack open the door to Pete Rose. I don't think he has any business in the hall. Gambling on baseball when you are a player/manager is a bad thing, but if you reinstate one, you have to reinstate the other.
