iPhone 3G S isn't starting songs/podcasts from the beginning...

1 out of every 5 podcasts I listen to starts somewhere in the middle or a few seconds from the end when I listen to them for the first time. It's compleley random. This started maybe 6 months after I got my iPhone. I've tried erasing and restoring my iPhone and that didn't do it. I use iTunes on a PC, if that helps. Any help is appreciated.

    Without addressing the cause, maybe a possible workaround would be to select all in your iTunes library and your podcasts, and change the "Remember position" flag to "No". Make sure this is set to your preference whenever you add new tracks or podcasts.
