Congress: common sense legislation, but only when convenient
Seems that non-partisan, "let's get it done" attitude about voting and ballot reform is suddenly a hotly contested issue. Now there's a good chance nothing will be done at all, apparently. Gee I wonder why.

Maybe they should just ban south Florida residents from voting all together, in absense of a more sweeping solution.
