I'll start. I'm about to move to Paris, after many months of semi unemployemnt, to work in a satellite company and work for their internet broadband division. I dont have a definite title yet, but I'm in the mix of things for sure. Sales, Sales followup, market research, marketing, trade show presentations, etc, etc. One thing I'm definitely going to try and push is the development of a MacOS X and possibly Linux client for the satellite internet feed. Its Windoze only now. Blah.

If you don't work, then what do you study or want to do?

Well, I'm a freshman at Boston College. My major is currently Computer Science, but I might be changing that, or at least moving from the school or arts and sciences to the school of management (CS is offered as a major in both). As for making money, during High School I worked in a one hour photo lab. I will probably be working there again over xmas break and maybe during the summer. On campus I work in the video control room for all the sporting events. Right now I'm mostly doing camera work, but will probably be learning more as the year goes on. It's a good deal. I get paid to go to every sporting event and play with all the electronic stuff plus it's a lot of fun. When I'm not doing any of that stuff I'm either sleeping or procrastinating from any of my work.

Mostly I look for full-time and part-time copywriting jobs (or small scale web design jobs) in lousy economies. Makes for a lot of looking, and little money. This "occupation" is damn hard, as some of you may know. Makes me want to throw someone the way Mr. T does!

For starters, I am a student in college. On the side, I:

    ? Beta Tester

    ? Web page designer

? Multimedia Producer (TV and Web)

    ? Photo Manipulator

    ? Computer Technician (Software)

    ? Daydreamer

That should rap it up. It keeps me busy.

    I'm an Engineer.

an Engineer is someone who makes all those products u use daily. from the mixer to the car u drive, it all has been made by engineers.

this is of course very simplified. the are different "styles" of engineers

that means I make the "whole" machine, from the idea =&gt; to the model =&gt; to the drawings =&gt; to the finished product.

    I work <a href="http://www.novita.ch/"; target="_blank">here</a>.

I recently received a grant from the American Psychiatric Association to study the effects of certain stimuli on human interaction and behavior within modern synthetic communities. In other words, I am a professional troll.

student majoring in accounting and business. I do some web design, but only have one client currently. I also write, do photography, and have sex as often as my wife allows...at least once a day. So I do all of the above while being very tired and worn out. <img src="graemlins/smokin.gif" border="0" alt="[Chilling]" />

I hope to get a job at Apple as an accounts payable specialist. and still do some dabbling on the side.

well, looks like i'm the "fuzziest" here so far.

i'm a junior in the art history program at boston univ, also minoring in japanese, and therefore concentrating on japanese art. i used to work at a summer computer camp (www.apple.com/hotnews/features/ace/) for about 5 years, teaching c++ and html. then they went bankrupt. ironically, their old website is now a porn site.
