Surround Sound Petition (to Apple)
Let Apple know what we want! Creative is a joke ... we need Apple to address this need (either themselves or by convincing someone else to). Perhaps it'll be done through sw in OS X ... but we've still yet to see anything from it ...

They don't do anything, companies could care less. Why don't you sit down, write an actual letter and post it to Apple. They'd give it more consideration than an online petition with 500 signatures.
I don't think we're going to have to wait that much longer. When I ordered the power wave usb audio I/o (still on Backorder) they assured me that once they wrote the drivers for OSX (apple and Griffin) that it would be 24 bit compatible. audio upgrades are on the way. I'm more certain of that than the G5.
This works
Power wave going to be like a THX quality sound? I really want that for my stereo. Now only if I could get one of those big ass HDTV's I be set

Just a side note, the picture in that link is a little deceptive. The glowing thing on top is Griffins powermate. It's a usb power button for the new keyboards (nice fix, while we're talking about stupid missing features on the mac, we should just have power buttons on the keyboard .)
Anyway, if anyones interested you can go to the powerwaves page here...powerwave product page.
By the way, Thanks for the feedback link, very on topic.
