Firmware updating
I have a sawtooth dual g-4. i am attempting a firmware update for the first time and need some help. The firmware is ready to install, i have the screen that tells you what to do and has the shutdown button option. I shutdown, hold the programmers button in, start up, mt light(monitor and case) strobes, and i end up on the firmware screen with the prompt "shut-down" "mac-boot". I wait and wait, nothing, fully reboot and am told the update didn't take. So, after a few goes at this, i turn to you guys. Tell me please whats *wrong*? how long should i have to hold the button in, i know i should hear a tone, but i never do. help please!!!
