I need help/advice with multisession burning
Hi all. I am using Toast for X (latest version) and I get an error when I try to import a session in the ISO burning process. In fact, the first session burns well, but when I want to add files to the CD, I get the following:
"The drive reported an error:
SENSE KEY = UNIT ATTENTION
SENSE CODE = 0x29
POWER ON, RESET OR
BUS DEVICE RESET OCCURRED"
For your info, this happens on a Blueberry iBook with a iomega Predator USB CD-RW drive. The most interesting thing is that I DO NOT get this error when using Toast in OS 9, so I believe it is not a drive problem (aside from this it also works fine). I believe it could be that both the Finder and Toast struggle to "initialize/write" the CD, since when I press OK on the error dialog, I get another telling me that the contents of the disk may be damaged, which is false, since the disk is perfectly readable. After this second error, I am prompted to erase/initialize/eject the CD by the Finder.
Please share your thoughts on this, since multisession burning is very important to my work (I hate rebooting just for that).
Thank you very very much!.
