Quicktime Move --> MP3

I have a Quicktime move that I want to extract some of the soundtrack from to edit in Amadeus II. I have Quicktime Pro, but there is no option available for exporting as a soundtrack. Is there any good freeware app to do this quickly? Thanks!

    What kind of QuickTime movie is it? You should be able to simply go to the Edit menu and choose Extract Tracks if you want save the QuickTime move as sound only. If you use the File menu's Export, both AIF and WAV should both be acceptable formats for any audio editing program.

    It's greyed out. What kind of format should I put it in? The movie, that is?
