Airport Base Station + Pacbell DSL = Frustration

I have a client who just moved into new offices. I have set up his systems and network for him. He has a brand new iMac, Base Station and Airport Card.

After 2 hours on the phone with Apple Support last night and an hour with Pacbell support, I cannot for the life of me get the Base Station to work with Pacbell DSL.

Any suggestions?

Assuming the trouble is on the PB side try the PacBell forum at DSLReports.

Can you please outlne how you're trying to do the configuration? DSL router or modem? Closed or open Airport network? Using Airport Base as DHCP-enabled? Have you had any luck communicating between the iMac and ABS? Using Airport Admin Utility or Airport Setup Asst? OS X, I presume?

Does the DSL still work without the ABS?

I realize it's a bunch of questions, but it sure would help.

    Thanks,
