FTP Server

I have an iMac 400 MHZ DV and an 700 MHZ iMac LCD. I have an Draytek wireless cable router and in my old iMac i have put an airport card. My new iMac is connected to the router with a cable. The only way to get connected from 1 computer the another now is through FTP. Now I want to make my own FTP site, but the standard FTP window of IE isn't all that nice... Is there a way to make my own FTP window? (I only want to change the lay-out.)

    I believe that the FTP window is created by the browser, and is different depending on which browser you use. I don't know of a way to make a custom layout.



    One thing that I've done is serve files through HTTP that are transferred to the machine with FTP. I have a PHP page that will list all the files in a directory as links to download, along with their sizes (I can give you the script if you'd like). The layout can be easily configured with HTML. This type of solution could also link to the files over an FTP connection.
