If that's your only hardware problem, then you could always go buy a cheap USB ethernet adapter. Of course, you'd have to search around for one with OS X support if that's what your running. Hope this helps.
Rev. A iMacs have the benefit of the mezanine slot. If you're not already using it, I'd look into an ethernet adapter for that. I'm not sure if one exists, but it's worth a shot.
