I have installed FastFax software on my G4 but when I go to send a fax it tells me that the fax number I am sending to is busy (when actually it is not). The fax that I try to send fails after 5 attempts.

Does it actually attempt to dial, do you hear it trying?

Just noticed you typed FastFax not FaxSTF. I'm not familiar with FastFax, so I don't know if I'll be able to help on this one.
