    The App in question is STILL on the App store... Making Apple their 30%. So Apple didn't seem to need to take it down for IP violation... They just wanted to legally bury somebody that wasn't part of the "team" anymore using their billions of hoarded cash.

    I think its really sad how todays designers (and the guys at Panic and Phil Ryu et. al. are just as bad as Matas is) are so quick to accuse others of copying them, while never acknowledging the people that they themselves copied.



    Matas is that original, and all the pussy he must be getting is going to his head. What a douchebag.



    I'm glad to see pop failed, they didn't do anything new or interesting. But of course, Apple's work must be copying them, right? Cause Apple did the obvious thing for electronic books. Right, sure.
