Why I currently hate Apple/Genius Bar

Why is it when I take my MacBook in to the Genius Bar they never fix my MacBook. I have a three hour drive, one way, to the nearest Apple store. The guy behind the counter, his name was Sam, was no help, would not listen to what I was telling him, and was more concerned on where he knew me from...



They put a crack in the black strip on the back of my MacBook and after all that I spent more money to upgrade to OS X Lion and had a new battery installed and it still does not function correctly. Never go to the Apple Genius Bar in St. Louis in the St. Louis Galleria Mall...



THEY SUCK!!!!

    I always got the impression that most "Apple geniuses" would be better suited to flipping burgers than working for the most important corporation in the history of the world.
