Wake for admin access - does it actually WORK?!?!
I want to set my machine up to wake up if it gets a network request - basically me logging in either from my LAN, or through a port forward on my router.
There is an option in the energy saver to "Wake for administrative access". To me that means just what I want, but yet it does nothing using either afp or ssh.
Is this supposed to work the way I am picturing it? Or does this have to do with Server's Macintosh Manager or something? If it is supposed to work this way, has anyone gotten it to function properly, and if so what else do I need to do?
