Sherlock in Jaguar Not Working Properly

I have attempted to use Sherlock to very mixed results. When trying to find a store in my city it says no info. In the pictures link I typed in Jerry Lewis and it said no pictures found, then started to display thumbnails. That is the only link that seems to work. What gives?

    oh, sorry MRG4U. I didn't wanted to hurt your feelings, but Watson is way better than sherlock IMHO...

    I'm having problems with sherlock to. Hopefully this will be fixed in 10.2.1
