Share PC USB HD over a network

I have a USB hardrive in "Macintosh PC Exchange MS-DOS" format that I need to share over our internal network from a Mac running 10.2.1. I can mount the disk, but it won't show up on the network no matter what i do. Is there a solution?? Other Mac formatted USB disks show up fine. Thanks for any help
