Sending Files over MSN Messenger

I have tried turning on file sharing, turning off firewall, everything I can think of. I have MSN messenger 3.0 for OS X and X.2.1. It will begin a file transfer but will never actuallly do it.



I also have ADSL so the internet connection shouldn't be a problem. If anyone has a solution to this problem I will be grateful.

    perhaps its irrelevant, but why would u use msn? aim is phre and its the standard.

    Well everyone I know uses MSN, some use AOL IM, but I don't have to use two programs...

    Last time I bitched as MSN about this, they said they were "evaluating the demand", and that was before the OS X version.



    I guess it just doesn't do it...

    Ahh thanks for the info. Does anyone know of another suitable way of sending files over the internet?
