I've got a Powermac with built in Ethernet,but the Ethernet option doesn't show up in the Appletalk Control Panel. I tried reinstalling OS 8.6 but that didn't help. Any suggestions?
hmm, been a while since i worked with 8.6, was ethernet listed under the appletalk control panel then, were your network settings in a TCP/IP type control panel.
it sounds like the ethernet just isn't selected as the appletalk source.
