Can anyone please help me to find some way of getting help with a Netscape problem? I've lost my address books and need to find them again. I'm in the UK.

I don't know how the address book was lost. I was looking at a page on the internet when Netscape crashed (as it frequently does!) and the address books had gone.

hmm, do you know the name of what the file was? i looked high and low and couldn't find anything about netscape's address book file. (and i'm only running OSX )
