How do I extract audio from MPEG-1 to turn it into a MOV?

I heard that there was someway to get the audio from an MPEG-1 file. I know QT Pro doesn't do this on its own (though it frickin' should, for the $30 I paid). Is there an app that does this?

Um... mind being a little more specific?

I checked, and they have two things that look like they might solve the job. One is called "ffmpegX" and another is called "mpegtx." I can't seem to figure out how either of these, work, though.

I think one of those should do it, I've used mpegtx to edit out commercials out of tv shows I've recorded, but I haven't tried separating audio/video. If I get a chance I'll try to see if it'll do it (I thought I saw an option for it).

ffmpegx has a lot more options I think (haven't looked), but if you use the demux option in mpegtx, you can split it into it's video file, and an audio file that ends in .mp2. I don't know whether Quicktime Pro will export that to .mov, you can try and see.
