i need help to restore my "main identity" in outlook? please help?
somehow, I've accepted re-build my database identity and when it
was done, my outlook was reset to ZERO i.e. no emails, no contacts, no addresses, no nothing!anyway after checking couple of help wizards i learnt that i have to restore my "main identity" by making this backed up file my default identity but the problem when i reach to this step, the option to make it the default is not lit i.e. i can't select it from the drop menu, can anyone help me please because all my data are in my outlook? thanks in advance
