Does anyone here have an HP All-in-one?
my roomates and I just purchased an HP psc 2110 all-in-one printer, scanner, copier. I am able to print on it, but when i attempt to scan, it gives me either or both of the following messages (depending on the software i try to do it out of):
"unable to connect to device"
"unable to communicate with TWAIN data source"
i'm running 10.2.2 and tried both installing from the cd that came with the printer (it actually came with intall files for 10!) and with the more recent download from the hp website. Does anyone know what i could try to fix this or if I simply won't be able to scan on my mac using this printer. Thanks for your help in advance.
