Microsoft MapPoint alternative?
A friend of mine needs to distribute flyers door-to-door in particular neighbourhoods across the city.
I've never used Microsoft MapPoint, but I understand that this is what it's for.
Is there a Mac (or cloud) counterpart for this? Does Google Maps (which I've never really used for anything but directions) allow you to have a city-wide map and then mark off certain streets as 'done' once they are delivered?
I keep recommending MacBook Pros for my friends. Gotta stop doing that!

The best alternative to MapPoint is the Badger Maps, I'm an outside sales rep and have been using it for a while, I couldn't be happier! With BadgerMaps you can visualize your relevant information, import your data and identify potential customers. My days are definitely much more efficient since I'm using it.
I've been searching for a MapPoint alternative as well! Similarly to @mstewart10 I found Badger maps, a mapping system similar to MapPoint. I love that I can use it on my mobile devices and desktop.
