How to disassemble a Powerbook G3 Wallstreet

I've just finished a new webpage with detailed take-apart instructions and lots of pictures. Might come in very handy for those with no access to apple's manuals for service technicians.

    nice to see that. I don't have a PB myself, but I also have some <a href="http://members.rogers.com/yippun/fixsoundjacks.html"; target="_blank">instructions</a>.

    One suggestion, when you are working pulling up the hard drive or changing memory it is a nice idea to drape a towel over the LCD. You generally are holding a sharp screw driver and it is not too hard to accidentally scratch the LCD screen.



    Sadder but wiser.

    Unfortunately, .mac doesn't allow for enough characters to add the towel description. But I'm going to add take-apart instructions for displays, if that helps

    thanx, I got that already. But a lot of people don't and I'm tired of copying the manual to CD all the time. That's why I created this webpage ...
