Wifi Drives X-fer files to iPad

 I have an iPad 2 and would like to transfer different files back and fprth. I do music and wold like to be able to access samples and send things to the drive instead of keeping them on the pad. I use Auria 48Track studio and Beatmaker 2 which has FTP stuff on it but I can't get it to work. Maybe I need an app that will allow it. Oh the Auria people say it will only work with dropbox. Anyway, anybody got any suggestions. It would be much appreciated.
