FireFox 16 withdrawn (temporarily) - security flaw
Just in case you have recently updated to FF16 you are advised to downgrade to FF15.1 due to a serious security flaw.
Quote:
The latest version of Mozilla's Firefox browser has been taken offline after a security vulnerability was discovered.
Users who had upgraded to version 16 were advised to downgrade to the previous safe release until Firefox developers released a fix.
The vulnerability allowed "a malicious site to potentially determine which websites users have visited", Mozilla said.
The non-profit company said that only a "limited number of users are affected".

Yeah, it's Firefox. People still use Firefox? My stars. It was a frigging dog when it hit version FOUR. They're on 16 now?! That's almost as bad as Chrome, but at least it's safer. Ish. Well, safer to your personal information.
Well that didn't take long - 16.01 is now available with the hole plugged.
@TallestSkil - FF is my default browser, with the add-ons I find it to be super functional as a browser. Yeah the numbering system is a bit lame, they changed it so there is a new version number every month or so.

Well, kudos to them for their response time, at least.
