USB PCI card for OS 9, small problem:

My pal Greg got a cheap USB 1.1 PCI card for his Beige G3. He lost the CD before heput in the card (doh!), so OS 9 has no driver. How can I get drivers for his card?



The Apple System Profiler in OS 9 says this:



Card Name: pci1045,c861

Model: N/A

Version: N/A

Revision: 16

Vendor ID: 1045



Will OS X recognize this card without drivers? Someday he will upgrade to X...

    Has he tried the manufacturers website to see if the driver is available for download (assuming the manufacturer even provides an OS9 driver) ?

    We don't know who the manufacturer is. He threw out the box and the CD....
