Printing in OS X.2

I have an old Beige G3 233 mhz computer that I wanted to set up as a kind of "print server". I have it networked to a hub which also has an airport base station hooked up. I was wondering first: how do I get a serial printer (HP LaserJet 4m) to work in 10.2(if this is possible) and second how do I share it with the rest of the network. Any help you could provide would be extremely helpful.

Drivers for your LaserJet and Mac OS X are <a href="http://h20000.www2.hp.com/bizsupport/TechSupport/SoftwareDescription.jsp?locale=en_US&prodNum=C2021 A&lang=English+%28US%29&basePartNum=lj606&locBasep artNum=lj606en&os=Mac+OS+X&tech=" target="_blank">here</a>. and you can share your printer if you go to the System Preferences, then to the "Sharing" panel where you can select to activate "Printer Sharing". done.
