how do you install iDVD on its own?

Hi,

my son was playing around on my machine yesterday and today whenever I launch iDVD it goes all weid on me. the screen flashes for a moment and then I'm dumped back in the finder! everything else runs fine. I took out my mac restore cds but Disk2 just has an installer for additional apps. I've updated iMovie, iTunes etc since my system went Jagwire and since I only have a 56k line I don't fancy redownloading all that stuff again. is there a way I can just install iDVD again without harming the others already on my drive?

thanx

When you go to instal the additional files, do you have the option to do a custom install? In there you may be able to select various software installations.

I'm afraid not. all I get is the basic install setup that asks me which drive to put it on and then it gives me a continue button to install or a back button. everything else is greyed out. does this mean that if one iapp misbehaves you have to reinstall all of them?
