Sound balance issues...

Every now and then I put on headphones, and notice that the audio balance seems off. Ussually, its just a little to the left, not even noticable with my apple pro speakers, but obvious immediatly with headphones. Does anyone else have a similar problem or know of a fix? I have an iMac FS 700, with 10.2.4, and this has been happening since 10.2.

    nope.... its been happening with my DVI 667 Ti since 10.2 as well
