Ibook power supply tips breaking

Does anyone know where we might be able to buy just the plugs on the white Ibook power supply's? We have many that have broken and we don't want to replace the power supply if we can just solder on new plugs. This is the part that is on the little cord that plugs into the Ibook.

You might want to try Apple. I had the same (or similar) problem with my TiBook's power cable, and I ordered one through a local dealer. He said it was a very common problem and that they were backlogged at Apple. He was going to charge me $90, but then about a week later he called saying that he had got it in from Apple and they had replaced it for free. They sent just the part that goes into the computer (not the extension cord or the extra adaptor to plug the "box" directly into the wall), and they wanted the old part back.

Wasn't there also an issue recently with people complaining about the power adaptors catching fire? I think it's the same problem, and Apple may be skittish about it.
