Is it possible to copy my Aperture photo library from my external HD backed up with Time Machine on one Mac onto another Mac?
How exactly would I go about doing that?
If you’re unable to move the Macs together, you can manually navigate to the place in your Time Machine backup that holds your Aperture library and copy it from there.
Let me look at mine to give you a reference.
[Backup hard drive name]/Backups.backupsdb/[computer name]/Latest/[backed up hard drive name]/Users/[you]/Pictures/Aperture Library
Check the file size to see if it matches, and if so, copy that straight into the Macintosh HD/Users/You/Pictures folder on the other Mac.
