Should I just get a refund?
So I went to the Sprint store the day the 5s was released and was the second person to order one. That was 3 weeks ago. I paid in full. There are other people getting the phones. Should I just go back and get a refund - I have paid for something, they have the $, and I do not have the phone....getting frustrated.

I don’t understand. How did the store NOT have them on launch day? And why would you give them money without a guarantee of shipment?
Well, I went by the Sprint store again today...it still has not yet shipped.
