Top Sites Problems

Before Mavericks was installed - when I tried to click on one of the tiles in Top Sites it took quick a number of vigorous mouse clicks before the tile opened into the webpage. 

Since Mavericks was installed - The mouse click does absolutely nothing

 

ALSO - There is no 'edit' option on the Top Sites page.

 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
