iOS7.0.4 apps not working now

Hi - I've just downloaded the latest update and now when I click on any of my apps (facebook, etc) the app goes to open and then closes.  If I double click I see that it is open, so I touch to open from here and it goes to open and then disappears.  The short of it is that I can't open my apps :(

Please help.  I have an iPhone5

    OK I sorted it all out and all working now.  Thought it may have been because I needed to sync to PC but that wasn't correct.... ah all good though!
