Error with Dreamweaver CS5 FTP

Help! I keep having an FTP error in Dreamweaver each and every time I try to upload and synch new pictures. The error message reads as follows: An FTP problem occurred - can't make connection to host. Your login or password is wrong. Please look at your connection information. I have attempted everything I know how to resolve this issue.

 

Can someone please help me.

    Have you tried resetting your password on your FTP server and then entering the new details into the software?
