Tommorow: Retail Stores to sell Education

There will be an announcement, not an Apple Event...

there will be PR for it, thus with the Jobs interviews.

It will be big because it will allow educational pricing without having to go through a reseller or Apple....it will be big for that reason.

I am putting 5% of my credit on the line!

I don't understand what you are saying. The Retail Stores ALREADY give the Education discounts to those that qualify.

    Hasn't this been announced already?

If Apple would introduce this, there would be something revolutionary about it, but I can't see what that would be. Steve would not do media interviews if it were ordinary.

No, he's saying that he thinks Jobs announcement will be that the Apple store will be carrying the eMacs. So you don't have to order thru online or retailers to get the education emac.

Read somewhere else that the Apple stores were getting the eMacs.
