Eh? No. It’s a 5S. Apple isn’t stupid enough to use unreleased hardware in a keynote not presenting it.
They don’t even show the hardware in the same keynote if it hasn’t been mentioned yet. They always show last year’s model of iPhone/iPad when describing sales numbers before launching the new one.
Not even REMOTELY a 5s. Screen geometry's different. Buttons are different, locations are different. Edges are rounded. No home button. No slit/camera at the top. No bezel.
Implications are enormous. Posted larger image, capped from keynote.
Are you talking about the device in his hand?... or the one on the screen?
On screen is just a 5s (or 5 ?) ... they're zoomed on so that the top and bottom of the phone are cropped out of the picture... that's why it "appears" to be different.. you just can't see the top with the slit, or the bottom with the home button.

Identical, identical, identical, identically rounded, has a Home Button, has a FaceTime camera, has a bezel.
