missing clothing/characters Poser Pro 2014

i just downloaded and activated the software but can not access any clothing or characters or faces (ie Ryan Ryan 2).......

...... these were supposed to be included in the Pro version

What am I doing wrong?

    The content will be in one of your runtime folders, either:

    /Applications/Poser.../Runtime
    /Users/shared/Poser.../Runtime

    Make sure to add those to your libraries by using the add library button inside Poser and choosing the folders.
