Sweet, case against game makers thrown out!

hey, this is cool. the judge threw out the case against gamemakers in the Columbine shootings.



judge said there was no way the gamemakers could have forseen what happened. which is totally true, but the truth hasn't always been key in court decisions.



turns out the kid has a video of him holding a shotgun and calling it Arleen, a character in Doom. pretty weak case if that was it.

    I wonder if someone will have the balls to come up with a high-school rampage shooter? Not playing as one of those deranged fvcks, but as a SWAT team that has to go in and take down those psychos.

    lol, basically that would be a simple Counter Strike Mod. would be interesting though. don't think it'll happen any time soon.

    What I want to know is why these morons were still playing Quake 3 in 1999.



    Hadn't they downloaded the q3test yet? I believe they had Yosemites.
