Buying iphone 6 off contract

Besides Best Buy ( which never has iphone 6 stock) where can I buy a 6 plus off contract? I've checked Target, Wal Mart, SAMs Club. All require a another two year agreement.

Also when is Best Buy going to have there inventory available online
