Anyone else having problems with Steam on Yosemite?

I am currently facing two distinct issues with Steam on Yosemite (that did not happen under Mavericks):

 

- Disappearing mouse cursor when switching between CS:GO and/or Steam and other OS X apps - it only comes back when specifically switching to Finder;

 

- more annoyingly, Steam now asks, virtually ALL the time, for security permission under "accessibility" in order to allow me to use the Steam overlay (just once was enough with previous OS X versions).

 

Are any of you having the same problems indicated above? If so, are there any fixes/workarounds? Thanks!
