HDTV vs 1080p Monitor, which is a better choice?
What would you prefer between an HDTV (40 inch 1080p) and a 21.5 inch 1080p monitor for developing applications and watching movies?
If I compare with the iMac 21.5 inch display, Samsung's LS22D390HS/XL (21.5 inch 1080p) sounds like a good deal for just Rs.10000 (160$).
On the other hand, if I want to watch movies and skip buying a separate TV for connecting Digital DTH cable, how bad can things get during app development on a 40 inch HDTV(1080p)? I am less worried about the pixel density since I am planning to use bluetooth peripherals and increasing the font size. But display lag is something that will affect my work. The reason I am inclined towards this TV is because I am getting a great GOSF deal for Micromax 40T2810FHD which will cost 320$.
